On June 23, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a training program titled “Smart Kitchen Monitoring: Applying IoT for Real-Time Detection of Gas, Water, and Heat” for 39 Grade 11 students from the Science, Mathematics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program at Satriwitthaya 2 School under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, the Princess Mother. The training was conducted by Mr. Tamakorn Jiamrachada, Computer Technical Officer, Technology Infrastructure Division, who introduced students to the fundamentals and applications of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The activity took place at in Rooms IT405–406, 4th Floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The training program was designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience in Internet of Things (IoT) technology, including the use of the ThingsBoard platform for real-time data monitoring. It aimed to equip students with essential ICT competencies, enabling them to creatively integrate technology into their learning, daily lives, and future contributions to society.
