On July 16–17, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean for Organizational Development and Special Affairs, together with faculty staff and first-year students from the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program), participated in a vertical greening activity in front of the ICT building.
The activity was organized to encourage active participation among staff and students in environmental stewardship, expand green space within the Faculty, and promote carbon sequestration. It also aimed to create a greener, more pleasant environment that enhances the learning and working experience. The plants selected for the vertical garden included ant plant, Spanish moss, and moss rose, all of which are well suited to vertical landscaping and contribute to a fresh and attractive campus environment.
This initiative reflects ICT Mahidol’s continued commitment to fostering environmental awareness and advancing the Faculty’s sustainability goals through meaningful and tangible actions.
