On February 4, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized an Orientation Session for the “2026 Internship at Macquarie University, Australia” for students who were accepted into the ICT internship program at Macquarie University in Australia. The session was honored by Dr. Pattaraporn Sangaroonsilp, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group and the Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA), who shared her experiences and provided essential information to the students. The session was held in Room IT331, 3rd floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The internship is scheduled from May 18 to August 10, 2026. In the academic year 2025, five students have been accepted into the program as follows:
- Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program), Third-Year students

- Mr. Tinnaphob Boonkua
- Master of Science in Computer Science

- Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science

The orientation session was organized to provide information and prepare participating students through guidance on required documents, accommodation arrangements, travel planning, and living abroad, as well as the development of relevant skills and adaptation to an international working environment. The session aimed to enhance students’ confidence and readiness before undertaking the internship, thereby contributing to the development of their professional competencies and life skills in the future.
