On September 9, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with NTT DATA (Thailand) Limited, organized an Online Workshop to prepare students for the “NTT DATA Digital Innovation Challenge 2026.” The activity aimed to promote learning in digital innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) among third- and fourth-year students from the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program). The workshop featured Mr. Punlawat Leecharoen, Associate Collaboration Technical Architect, and the Data AI team from NTT DATA (Thailand) Limited, who provided insights on “How Agentic AI is Applied to Business.” The session also provided participants with information about the “NTT DATA Digital Innovation Challenge 2026,” including competition details and participation guidelines. The online workshop was conducted via Microsoft Teams.
The “NTT DATA Digital Innovation Challenge 2026” is an innovation and technology competition organized by NTT DATA, a Japan-based global leader in IT and digital services and a member of the NTT Group. The competition provides students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to develop innovative ideas and create solutions that address the needs and challenges of the business sector. It also gives students a platform to present their work, strengthen their analytical thinking, apply their knowledge in practice, and further develop innovative ideas while gaining valuable experience and preparing for future careers in IT and digital technology.
