On April 1, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vasaka Visoottiviseth, Chair of the Master of Science Program in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and course instructor for ITCS468: IT Auditing, led third- and fourth-year students from the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) on a study visit to the Division of Information Technology, Mahidol University (MUIT). During the visit, the students were welcomed by Ms. Maneerat Imyu, Engineer (Senior Professional Level), and Mr. Anuyun Chansawang, Computer Systems Officer, who delivered a special lecture on IT operations and provided a guided tour of the Data Center of Mahidol University.
The study visit to the Division of Information Technology, Mahidol University (MUIT), was organized to provide students with an opportunity to learn about the physical security systems, infrastructure, and facilities of the university’s Data Center through knowledge sharing and real-world experiences from professionals in the organization. The activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of systematic operational processes, strengthen their knowledge through practical experience beyond the classroom, and encourage the application of knowledge for skill development and future career readiness.
