On June 8 – 9, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Siripen Pongpaichet, Assistant Dean for Information and Systems; Ms. Siriporn Rojanakosol, Assistant Dean for Information Technology; and Ms. Phayao Tiwaporn, Deputy Dean for Budget and Finance, together with staff from the Information and Systems Division, welcomed Ms. Punyaphat Phuprasertsak, International Standard Auditor from TÜV NORD (Thailand) Limited, for the surveillance audit of ISO/IEC 29110-4-1:2018 at the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
ISO/IEC 29110-4-1:2018 is an international standard for software development processes and software project management for Very Small Entities (VSEs) under the framework of Software Engineering — Lifecycle Profiles for Very Small Entities. The standard aims to enhance the quality of software products and development processes in line with internationally recognized practices.
The surveillance audit reflects ICT Mahidol’s commitment to continuously enhancing the quality of its software development processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, traceability, and compliance with internationally recognized standards, while promoting continuous process development and improvement. ICT Mahidol has continuously maintained certification under this international standard since 2013.
