ICT Mahidol Organized Workshop on “Intelligent Workflow Automation with AI”

On September 12, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a hands-on training workshop entitled “Intelligent Workflow Automation with AI.” The workshop was conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant to the President for Research, Mahidol University, and a faculty member of the Computer Science Academic Group at ICT Mahidol. The workshop provided practical knowledge on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to enhance work efficiency, along with hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Automation Workflows using Low-Code tools. The training was designed for personnel and individuals interested in AI and workflow automation and was held at Computer Laboratory IT105, 1st Floor, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.

The “Intelligent Workflow Automation with AI” workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of AI, automation, and AI agents, as well as their practical applications in real-world working environments. The training covered the entire workflow development process, beginning with analyzing work processes, identifying tasks suitable for automation, and defining appropriate use cases, before progressing to the design of AI Automation Workflows using Low-Code tools. Participants also engaged in hands-on exercises to develop automated workflows integrated with AI, enabling them to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the workshop to their own work contexts. In addition, the workshop highlighted key considerations related to data security and system reliability, ensuring that participants could further develop and adapt their prototypes for effective implementation within their organizations.
