ICT Mahidol Faculty Member Invited as Speaker at Workshop on “NSC Cybersecurity Awareness 2026”

On March 4–5, 2026, Dr. Ittipon Rassameeroj, Assistant Dean for Infrastructure and Technology, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), was invited as a guest speaker at the workshop titled “NSC Cybersecurity Awareness 2026.” The workshop was organized for personnel of the National Security Council (NSC) and was held at Bangsaen Heritage Hotel, Chonburi Province, as well as online via Zoom Meeting.

The lecture covered key topics including fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity, emerging cyber threat trends, and the global context of cybersecurity practices. It also addressed best practices for securely using computers and mobile devices. In addition, participants engaged in hands-on workshop activities, which focused on understanding cyber threat scenarios and practicing the use of security configuration checklists for both office and personal devices.

The workshop was organized by the Office of the National Security Council and was held from March 4–6, 2026. It aimed to enhance cybersecurity awareness and capacity among NSC operational personnel, while strengthening their understanding of current and emerging cyber threats. The program also highlighted basic tools and preventive measures to support stronger cybersecurity resilience within the organization.
