On July 11, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pratamnak Suankularb Matthayom), organized the “14th ICT Capacity Building Program for Students of Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pratamnak Suankularb Matthayom)” under the theme “Empowering the NextGen Innovators: Inspiring Young Innovators for the Digital Future.” The program was designed for lower and upper secondary school students. The opening ceremony was honored by Dr. Petch Sajjacholapunt, Deputy Dean for Administration and Human Resource, Faculty of ICT, and Ms. Pennapa Plubchim, Deputy Director for Academic Management, Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pratamnak Suankularb Matthayom), who delivered welcoming remarks and officially opened the training program. Teachers and faculty members from both institutions also attended the ceremony at the Innovative Space, 1st Floor, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The ICT Capacity Building Program is conducted under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on academic cooperation between the Faculty of ICT and Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pratamnak Suankularb Matthayom). The program aims to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI), while fostering analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving, creativity, and the practical application of technology in real-world situations. It also prepares students for further education and their future careers. The training sessions are being held on July 11, 18, and 25, 2026, at Computer Laboratories IT103 and IT104, Faculty of ICT, with a total of 109 participating students. The program comprises the following sessions:

– “Sonic Decoder: Uncovering the Secrets of Sound Waves and Digital Data” for lower secondary school students, conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ananta Srisuphab and Asst. Prof. Dr. Piyanuch Silapachote, both instructors in the Computer Science Academic Group
– “Crafting Your First 3D Space with Blender” for lower secondary school students, conducted by Dr. Pilailuck Punpattanasap, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group
– “Build, Train, Predict: A Hands-On AI Workshop” for upper secondary school students, conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Akara Supratak, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group
