On May 27, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a staff capacity-building project for the faculty’s executive team and staff under the topic “Call Tree and Crisis Communication” at Room IT204, ICT Mahidol, Salaya Campus.
The activity was honored by Lect. Pagaporn Pengsart, Deputy Dean for Infrastructure and Technology, who delivered the opening remarks. The session also featured Associate Professor Dr. Teera Kolladarungkri, Director of the Golden Jubilee Medical Center, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, as the guest speaker. He shared knowledge on the development of a Call Tree and communication guidelines in crisis situations, aiming to enhance personnel’s knowledge, understanding, and preparedness in systematically responding to emergencies. The session also covered approaches to coordination, information management, and internal organizational communication to ensure rapid, accurate, and effective communication during crisis situations.
