On May 16–18, 2026, the Office of Academic Administration, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the “ICT Student Leader Camp 2026” for members of the Student Association and student leadership teams from Years 1–4 of the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program). On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanapon Noraset, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, graciously delivered the opening remarks for the training program at Pludhaya Resort and Spa, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
The camp was organized by the student leadership team of the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, led by Mr. Napatkrit Asavarojpanich, President of the Student Association for the 2025 academic year, and Miss Natnicha Uppariputthangkul, President of the Student Association for the 2026 academic year. Throughout the three-day program, participants engaged in learning activities, exchanged experiences, and collaboratively planned student affairs operations across various dimensions in preparation for organizing student activities for the 2026 academic year, as follows:
- On May 16, 2026, the program featured the “Ice-breaking Recreation Activity,” which aimed to foster positive relationships and strengthen collaboration between the Student Association teams of the 2025 and 2026 academic years. The program also included the session “Sharing Experiences and Continuing the Student Association Operations of ICT Mahidol,” which provided an opportunity for the 2025 Student Association team to share their experiences and operational practices, including management approaches, challenges, obstacles, and solutions, in order to support the preparation and development of the next generation of student leaders.
- On May 17, 2026, the morning session featured the activity “Operational Planning and Budget Allocation for Student Activities for the 2026 Academic Year,” during which the 2026 Student Association team learned about activity planning processes and budget management. Participants also received guidance and recommendations from staff members of the Office of Academic Administration to ensure that future student activities would be carried out systematically and effectively. In the afternoon, participants visited the historical site of Wat Chaiwatthanaram.
- On May 18, 2026, the program concluded with the activity “Presentation of Activity Plans and Budget Plans” by the Student Association for the 2026 academic year. The session provided students with an opportunity to systematically and comprehensively present their proposed activity implementation approaches and budget plans for the upcoming academic year, in alignment with the objectives for student activity development of ICT Mahidol.
The “ICT Student Leader Camp 2026” is an annual program continuously organized by the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), with the aim of enhancing the potential of Student Association members and student leadership teams. The program is designed to strengthen essential skills in leadership, creative teamwork, communication, active listening, emotional management, activity planning, collaborative goal setting, and budget management for student activities in the fiscal year 2026. Through these activities, participants are equipped to effectively organize and manage student initiatives for the maximum benefit of the student community.
