On April 8, 2026, a group of student activity scholarship recipients from the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with the Office of Academic Administration, organized the “ICT x DST Blooming Siam Festival” to promote learning and appreciation of Thai traditions, including Loy Krathong and Songkran, among students in the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program), as well as faculty members and staff. The event was held at the Innovative Space, 1st floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The activity was designed to foster cultural exchange and deepen mutual understanding between international and Thai students, while strengthening unity and supporting the preservation of Thai cultural heritage. The event also provided international students with opportunities to explore and participate in Thai traditions through a range of fun and engaging activities, such as lucky egg picking, ring toss, and ball toss. Furthermore, the event helped enhance a sense of connection and promote positive relationships among students, faculty members, and staff of the Faculty of ICT.
