On February 11, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitinan Tantidham (an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group) and Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul (Assistant to the President for Research of Mahidol University), the instructors of ITDS201 Industry Problems and Experiences 2, organized a special lecture titled “Cybersecurity: From an Operational Perspective to a Consultant Role,” at Room IT204, 2nd floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. The lecture was honored by Mr. Kesmanas Mairiang, Senior Director – Advisor to Cybersecurity Business Department from the National Telecom Public Company Limited, who served as a guest speaker. He shared insights into the evolving role of cybersecurity professionals—from hands-on technical operations at both the system and infrastructure levels to strategic consulting roles. The session was attended by students from the Bachelor of Science Program in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program).
