On March 27, 2026, Dr. Ittipon Rassameeroj, Assistant Dean for Infrastructure and Technology, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), was invited as a guest speaker for a specialized lecture in the “Version Control with Git” workshop. The training was organized for personnel responsible for website administration and development across Mahidol University. The session was also supported by Mr. Noppanut Suksriupatham, Computer Technical Officer from the Technology Infrastructure Division, who served as an assistant speaker. The workshop was held at the Training Room, Information Technology Division, Office of the President, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus, and was also conducted online via Webex Meetings.
The “Version Control with Git” workshop, organized by the Information Technology Division, Office of the President, Mahidol University, aimed to equip participants involved in website development and maintenance with essential knowledge and understanding of version control principles and concepts. The program focused on developing practical skills in using Git for effective source code management and collaborative teamwork in a structured and systematic manner. The training also aimed to minimize errors caused by duplicate file modifications and to enhance data management efficiency, thereby supporting and elevating the standards of website development across faculties and departments within the University in alignment with sustainable international best practices.
