On March 23, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyong Ragkhitwetsagul, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group and the Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA), as the course instructor of ITDS101 Industry Problems and Experiences 1, organized a special lecture on “Software Engineering,” for first-year students in the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) via Webex Meetings.
The session was honored by the presence of Khun Chanyanan Sethpitak, Team Lead Scrum Master at ATA-IT Co., Ltd. (National Bank of Canada Group) and an ICT alumna (Batch 5), who served as the guest speaker to share professional insights and industry experience on the systematic software development process, including key stages from requirements analysis, design, development, and testing to deployment and maintenance, with the aim of developing high-quality software that effectively meets user needs.
