On June 18, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the 2026 ICT Mahidol Short Course entitled “Basic Use of Figma for User Interface Design for Portfolio Creation.” The session was conducted by Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media Technology, who shared fundamental knowledge and practical experience in User Interface (UI) design using Figma. The training introduced participants to the fundamentals of UI design, including layout arrangement, color and typography selection, and practical screen design for real-world applications. The program was designed to help participants create their first high-quality UI design projects and prepare them for future portfolio use. The course was attended by more than 40 high school students and was held at Computer Laboratory IT212, 2nd Floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The 2026 ICT Mahidol Short Course on “Basic Use of Figma for User Interface Design for Portfolio Creation” aimed to provide high school students interested in UX/UI design, application development, and digital creative careers with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of using Figma for User Interface design. The activity also allowed participants to experience the learning environment at ICT Mahidol while enhancing their technological knowledge and skills through hands-on practice.
