On September 3, 2026, Dr. Wannarat Suntiamorntut, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Jidapa Kraisangka, Assistant Dean for Academic and Curriculum Development, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wudhichart Sawangphol, Assistant Dean for Research, welcomed Prof. Zou Yajun, Former Vice President of Nanjing University, and Mr. Zhang Haibin, Deputy Director of the Richu Psychology Center, School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Nanjing University, People’s Republic of China, along with a group of students from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), who attended as representatives of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charoen Vongchumyen, a faculty member of the Faculty of Engineering, KMITL. The delegation visited ICT Mahidol to exchange academic perspectives and discuss potential opportunities for future institutional collaboration. The meeting was held at Room IT404, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The discussion covered areas of mutual interest among the three parties, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Digital Health, as well as the application of technology across various disciplines. The participants also exchanged views on potential opportunities to further develop academic collaboration among the three institutions in the future.
The visit marked another important opportunity to strengthen academic relations and collaborative networks among ICT Mahidol, Nanjing University, and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. It also paved the way for knowledge exchange and further international collaboration in technology, innovation, and related fields.
