On March 11, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyong Ragkhitwetsagul, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group and a member of the Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Cluster (SEBA), as well as the course instructor for ITDS101: Industry Problems and Experiences I, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Charnyote Pluempitiwiriyawej, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group, led first-year students from the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) on a study visit to Synergy Technology Co., Ltd. On this occasion, Mr. Narongrat Srimee, Research & Development and Engineering Manager, and his team warmly welcomed the students and delivered a session introducing the IT functions and operations across different departments within the company.
The study visit to Synergy Technology Co., Ltd. was organized to provide students with insights into IoT applications and operational processes in the IoT industry, with the aim of connecting digital science and technology concepts with real-world workplace practices. In addition, the activity encouraged students to develop essential workplace skills, including the practical application of knowledge, analytical thinking, and learning from the real-life experiences of industry professionals, thereby helping them better prepare for their future careers.
