On July 24, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the 13th Knowledge Exchange Program for Support Staff (ICT MASTERS 2026). On this occasion, Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean for Organizational Development and Special Affairs, delivered the opening remarks, while Dr. Sujika Srinuntakul, Assistant Dean for Quality Development and Knowledge Management, served as the master of ceremonies. The event was attended by support staff from all 15 divisions and took place at the Grand Auditorium on the 4th floor of the ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The program was organized to encourage support staff to exchange knowledge, ideas, and practical experience gained from their daily work, while sharing approaches to improving work processes that can be applied to enhance operational efficiency and support the Faculty’s continuous organizational development.
During the event, participants viewed 8 Knowledge Management (KM) video clips and voted for the entries with outstanding content and presentation. This was followed by the R2R (Routine to Research) Knowledge Sharing session, during which representatives of 5 selected R2R projects presented their concepts, methodologies, and outcomes related to routine work improvement. The presentations were evaluated by Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean for Organizational Development and Special Affairs; Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanapon Noraset, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Charnyote Pluempitiwiriyawej, Instructor in the Computer Science Group, who also provided valuable comments and recommendations to further enhance the projects.
At the conclusion of the program, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of ICT, presented awards to the 5 R2R projects and 8 KM video clip projects as follows:

ICT MASTERS, a knowledge-sharing program for routine work development for support staff, has been organized continuously by ICT Mahidol for the past 13 years. The program has become one of the Faculty’s key initiatives in fostering a culture of learning, promoting knowledge sharing among support staff, and encouraging the application of workplace knowledge and experience to improve operational processes. Through this long-standing initiative, ICT Mahidol continues to strengthen its commitment to becoming a learning organization that embraces continuous improvement and sustainable organizational development.
