On May 20, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol) celebrated the 17th anniversary of its establishment. On this occasion, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of ICT Mahidol, led the executive team, faculty members, and staff in paying respects to the guardian spirit shrine of the faculty and sacred sites around the university, including Chao Pho Khun Thung Shrine, Phra Buddha Mahidol Mongkol Panyayan, and the royal statue of Prince Mahidol of Songkla, the Prince Father of Thailand.
ICT Mahidol was honored by the presence of executives and representatives from various faculties and institutions of Mahidol University, who attended the congratulatory ceremony in celebration of the faculty’s 17th anniversary. The ceremony was held at the Innovative Space, 1st Floor, ICT Building, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In addition, the event featured a merit-making ceremony for the prosperity of the faculty and its staff members, conducted by monks from Wat Suwannaram, as well as the Personnel Recognition Ceremony held at the Grand Auditorium, 4th Floor. The ceremony was organized to honor staff members who were selected as outstanding civil servants, university staff, and faculty-level employees for 2025, as well as to express appreciation and encouragement to staff members who have dedicated their long-term service to the faculty.
This year, faculty members and staff received commemorative plaques and honorary pins in the following categories:
- One Gold Commemorative Pin for staff members with 30 years of service
- Three Bronze Commemorative Pins for staff members with 20 years of service
- One Silver Commemorative Pin for staff members with 10 years of service
- Two Faculty Color (Oceanic Green) Commemorative Pins for staff members with 5 years of service
- Six Outstanding Staff Member Plaques for the year 2025
