On March 30, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyong Ragkhitwetsagul, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group and the Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA), and the course instructor for ITDS101: Industry Problems and Experiences I, organized a special lecture titled “Cyber Security.” On this occasion, Mr. Weerawat Pawanawiwat, Co-founder of Reconix Co., Ltd. and an ICT Mahidol alumnus (Batch 13), was invited as the guest speaker to share his expertise on cybersecurity threats, preventive technologies and tools, relevant laws and standards, as well as skill development and preparation for managing risks in the digital era. The lecture was delivered to first-year students in the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) and conducted online via Webex Meetings.
