ICT Mahidol Hosted a Training Workshop Titled “Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI: Data Analysis and Presentation Creation” for Staff of the Physical and Environment Division

On March 18, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a hands-on workshop on “Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI: Data Analysis and Presentation Creation” for staff members from the Physical and Environment Division, Office of the President. The workshop was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ittichote Chuckpaiwong, Vice President for Infrastructure and Environment, Mahidol University. The session featured Dr. Sujika Srinuntakul, Assistant Dean for Quality Development and Knowledge Management, as the keynote speaker. The training focused on the application of AI for data analysis to support planning and decision-making, as well as transforming analytical results into various forms of communication materials, including presentation slides, infographics, and executive summary reports. The goal was to enhance clarity and effectiveness in communicating information. The workshop was held at Rooms IT211 and IT212, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.

The workshop content was delivered through two key learning modules:

  • The module on “AI Applications in Data Analysis” aimed to strengthen participants’ competencies in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze data for informed planning and decision-making. The session covered quantitative data analysis, including statistical insights, trend analysis, and data correlation, as well as the review of operational plans, strategic directions, and policy documents. In addition, participants were introduced to methods for synthesizing key findings and conducting evaluations in accordance with established frameworks such as the SDGs, TQA, and EdPEx, with the aim of enhancing analytical quality and promoting more standardized evaluation practices.
  • The module on “Creation of Communication Materials and Presentations from AI Analysis Results” focused on enhancing participants’ ability to communicate information clearly and effectively through the use of AI tools. The session introduced practical approaches to developing various presentation formats, including automated slide generation, infographic creation, executive reporting formats such as Executive Summaries and Policy Briefs, as well as the design of Strategic Maps to visualize strategic linkages. The module aimed to enable participants to systematically apply AI in analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting data, thereby supporting more efficient work performance.

The workshop not only strengthened participants’ understanding of AI applications in data analysis and communication material development, but also provided practical guidance on how technology can be effectively applied in real workplace situations. The program aimed to enhance productivity, streamline redundant workflows, and promote clearer communication of information, thereby supporting more effective performance and continuous improvement in participants’ respective responsibilities.
