From May 21 to 23, 2026, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led the executive team, faculty members, and staff in organizing the 2026 ICT Annual Seminar under the theme “ONE ICT Mahidol.” The seminar aimed to communicate the faculty’s policies, strategic plans, and operational directions to all personnel, while strengthening collaboration and enhancing staff capabilities to drive the organization toward its shared goals. The event was held at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
The seminar focused on communicating the Faculty’s administrative direction by the Dean and executive team, ensuring that personnel from all divisions gained a clear understanding of key policies and shared goals, and were able to apply them effectively to improve their work. The program also featured a workshop session that provided opportunities for participants to exchange ideas, brainstorm, and propose development approaches that support the Faculty’s future advancement. In addition, the seminar included team-building activities designed to promote collaboration, enhance communication among divisions, and foster mutual understanding among the executive team, faculty members, and support staff. These activities also served as a platform for personnel to share work experiences beyond their regular roles and responsibilities, contributing to a stronger internal network of collaboration within the organization. Participants also took part in an off-site learning activity at the EGAT Learning Center, Lam Takhong, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This activity helped broaden perspectives, inspire participants, and create a collaborative learning atmosphere through various activities held throughout the seminar.
The 2026 ICT Annual Seminar served as an important activity in strengthening unity within the organization and cultivating a shared working culture under the faculty’s core value, “ONE ICT: Go Forward Together as One.” This reflects ICT Mahidol’s commitment to driving the Faculty toward becoming a sustainable organization of learning and innovation in the future.
