On March 18, 2026, the Student Club of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with the Office of Academic Administration, and the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Mahidol University, organized a health promotion activity entitled “Health Hub for ICT.” The event featured relaxation massage sessions provided by professional therapists, along with a health talk for first- to fourth-year students of the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program), as well as faculty members and staff. The activity was held in Room IT204, 2nd floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.

The program included health-related lectures and relaxation massage services provided by qualified therapists to help reduce physical strain associated with extended periods of sitting or screen-based activities, which may increase the risk of office syndrome. Furthermore, a health education session provided participants with essential guidance on muscle care, ergonomic posture, and preventive measures to minimize everyday injuries. The session was designed to equip students and staff with practical knowledge that can be applied to support appropriate self-care and long-term health management.
