ICT Mahidol Hosted MUICT-AST x Industry TechConnect 2026 Academic Seminar on “Building Line Chatbots for Real Use Cases”

On February 25, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the academic seminar MUICT-AST x Industry TechConnect 2026 under the topic “Building LINE Chatbots for Real Use Cases.” The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Chanakarn Chinchatchawal, CEO & Co-Founder of Robolingo Co., Ltd., and ICT Alumnus (Batch 7), who served as the guest speaker. He delivered a lecture on the fundamentals of chatbot implementation and conversational design, highlighting practical applications in the business and service sectors. The seminar was attended by students, staff members, and interested participants in Room IT105, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.

This lecture was one of the featured sessions under MUICT-AST x Industry TechConnect 2026. The seminar aimed to provide participants with knowledge of chatbot conversational design principles and the structural framework of LINE Chatbots. Real-world business and service use cases were presented to demonstrate practical implementation approaches, emphasizing how chatbots can enhance operational efficiency and elevate service quality in the digital era.

The MUICT-AST x Industry TechConnect 2026 seminar is organized as a series comprising a total of five sessions. The Faculty of ICT previously conducted the session titled “Prompt Engineering & Practical AI Tools for Learning and Work” on February 19, 2026. Three additional sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Wednesday, March 11, 2026 (1:00–3:00 p.m.): “Typhoon – Thai LLM” by Ms. Oravee Smithiphol, Developer Relations Manager (ICT Alumna, Batch 9), and Mr. Panuwat Chayabunjonglerd, Business Lead from SCB 10X
  • Wednesday, March 18, 2026 (1:00–5:00 p.m.): “Agentic RAG from Zero to Hero” by Mr. Paripol Toopiroh, Solution Architect from Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited
  • Wednesday, March 25, 2026 (1:00–4:00 p.m.): “Agile Scrum LEGO Workshop” by the team from Netbay Public Company Limited
